Research and Clinical Interests

IBC-Focused Research

I am a scientist-researcher working on Inflammatory Breast Cancer (IBC). I participate in different activities in oncology, including a biomarker study, epidemiological study, microenvironment and pharmaco-oncological study in IBC on xenografted animal models.

I have worked for many years to create an IBC database of Tunisian and French populations. Also, I have created a large database of breast cancer among young women in Tunisia for the national data and tumor banks in Tunisia.

I am considered a principal investigator of Inflammatory Breast Cancer research projects in Mediterranean countries; and I am participating to characterize a novel potential biomarker in IBC, which could explain the aggressiveness of IBC.
